Trick or Treat

Halloween is here! This year is going by so fast. We didn't dress up this year for Halloween because Scott is on the big Island at a golf tournament. He travels quite a bit. Kona is their last tounament this fall then they start up again in Feburary. Scott has never played in golf tournments until college so he is getting use to playing competitive golf. His family is really big into golfing so it wasn't hard to pick golf up growing up with 3 brothers. School is going great I can't wait for the semster to be over so I can take some of my major class requirments. I am majoring in Marketing and minoring in Nutrition.

           Anyways Hawaii at first was hard to get use to because we so far away from family was hard for both of us. We live in a little place called TVA Scott said it feels he is back on his mission leaving in this ghetto place but he gets to live with a girl. It was a joke. But It is a good experience we will look back on this and laugh. I am so grateful for the little things I had at home. Some of the things we miss is family of course. I miss little stuff like carpet haha.  Scott says he misses his brothers more then ever he also said he misses tv channels. We have tv but we only have like 4 espn channels scott misses having all the channels. We have really cool neighbors that are so kind and helpful they are from Japan. Hitomi and Shampai and Tai. Hitomi is a convert and she married Shampai and they came to school here. While she was in School she had baby Tai. Tai loves Scott she is the cutest little well she is a chubby little baby. We feel so blessed to have the best family back at home. We miss not being able to be with them on the Holidays. This last week we went to the Temple. We also went to the temple visiting center and checked it out. But Now we are liking it 100 times. We know how to get around and that helps a lot. 

            Saturdays are seriously the best day I am always looking forward to Saturday. We go into town or go to the beach all day. We always make a Sams club run and then go to the Ala Mona Mall this mall is huge. We love to go get Snow cones on Saturdays they have the best snow cones almost as good as Louisianas those are hard to beat though.
